Types of Audit Report :
there are four types of audit reports issued by auditors on financial statements.Each type of report contains different meaning and message from auditor to users of financial statements

 1.Unqualified Audit Report :
Unqualified audit report issued by yhr auditor to financial statements when auditor found no material misstatements after their testing.

 this report contains the unqualified openion from an indipendent auditor.
the report  showed that the entity financial statement are prepared and present true and fair complying with accounting framework besing used.

2.Qualified Audit report:
The qualified audit report is the report that issue by auditor to financial statement that found meterial misstatements on them. 
But those material misstatements are not pervasiv.

For example, the operatin balance of the entity contains a large number of inventories that could not varify. 

3. Adverse Audit openion:
Adverse Audit report is a type of audit report that issue to the financial statement  when Auditor found that there meterial misstatements in the financial statements.

The misstatements found here are the different from the material misstatements found qualified openion audit openion 

4. Disclaimer audit Report: 
The disclaimer audit repor is the report that issue to the financial statement where there is matter to auditors independence and those matter cause auditor not be able to abtain sufficient audit evidence to support their openion.

this has happened when auditor are prevented to access to cartain information related to items or accounts financial statements while those items or accounts are are believed to be materially misstated pervasive.

Cost concept Cost is "a foregoing, measured in monetary terms, incurred or potentially to be incurred to achieve a specific objective" (American Accounting Association).
